Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Global Auto Moto are subject to Nigerian law. The parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria. If any provision of the Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree, however, that the court should make efforts in order to give them effectiveness guided by the intentions included in the provision and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions in force. You agree that regardless of any acts or laws stating to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the use of the Service or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one 1 year from such claim or cause of action shall be forever barred.
